Buildt

Buildt is an AI tool that uses LLM-powered technology to help developers quickly search and understand large codebases. It offers contextual search, code explanations, and codegen features for various programming languages. The tool maps the codebase with a fine-tuned LLM, trained with proprietary synthetic data sets that enable AI to understand any codebase better than humans. The tool promises an expert-like experience where developers can ask questions about their own project. Buildt also assures users that their codebase analysis is stored locally on their machine and no sensitive or identifiable information is shared. The founders of Buildt are three friends (Yang, Ali & Sam) that played with LLMs, building tools to make their lives easier, and have now built a product that removes complexity and adds automation for all developers.
