SkimIt.ai is a tool that allows you to get an AI-generated summary of any article delivered to your inbox. Simply email the article link to [email protected] and receive the summary in approximately 10 minutes. The email subject line and other contents do not matter, and you can also cc your friends to share the article and summary with them. However, the generated content is not always accurate, and users should use it responsibly. The tool was built by Karthik Sridharan and Alex Furmansky as a fun little hackathon project to practice AI text processing, email handling, and web scraping.
